What type of Coatings can you Offer?

We offer Spray Coatings, Trowel and Roll Coatings, Smooth Finished Coatings and Clear Coatings for Waterproofing Stone Surfaces, Brick Surfaces and Sandstone.

What type of surfaces can your wall coatings be applied to?
Our wide range of Coatings can be applied to pebble dash, roughcast, render, brick, stone, Tyrolean and concrete.
How long does the Coating Process Take.
For an average detached house the wall coating process take up to 10 days, depending on the weather but the surveyor will provide an accurate schedule after measuring your property.
Will the original surface of my home look any different?
Wall Coatings are designed to retain the architectural look of the property. If you want a totally different Finish other types of Wall Coatings are Available.
What colours are available?
We have a wide range of Colours to select from, but we can have many BSI colours manufactured, and we offer a Clear Coating for Brick or Stone Properties.
Are the coatings flexible and breathable?
Yes. The Coatings are extremely flexible allowing the house to contract and expand with temperature changes. They have a high vapour permeability so that water vapour can escape so there is no moisture build up.
Will it crack, flake, split, chip or peel over time?
For over 30yrs these Coatings have proven to hold up against the most extreme weather conditions, unlike ordinary masonry paints! That is why we can Guarantee the Coatings for Up To 25 Years.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes every job comes with a written transferable 15year guarantee with some of the Coatings having a guarantee of between 20 to 25 years with a life expectancy of 30 to 40 years.
Is there any specialist equipment that you require?
On some contracts we may require scaffolding as we work to Health and Safety Regulations. Customers will be advised at the time of Survey.
Is there anything that I will be required to do prior to the job commencing?
We will ask you to move back any obstacles that are near to the property and take down any hanging baskets and secutity lights that may be attached to the walls. The only other requirement is access to a water tap and electric supply.
What are the Costs for types of protective coatings?
